I hadn’t been to the Dentist in several years so I was expecting the shaming speech I’ve gotten from other Dental clinics about falling behind. I was happily surprised when that didn’t happen. Rather than a guilt trip I received understanding and professionalism from the staff. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary treatments and made sure I understood each step of the cleaning and the intended result. My wife and I have been searching for a dentist that just felt right. After several unsuccessful attempts, we got a recommendation for Dr. Morrell. Now, after a couple of years going to him, we are satisfied that this is the right choice for us. His office staff is always reliable and friendly, giving us a first name hello when we arrive for each appointment. And they continue to work with our insurance very well. The hygenists and dental techs are equally friendly and efficient. Dr. Morrell is easy to talk to and explains his procedures and plans completely. They checked me out, created a treatment plan and got me back in ASAP for the most critical items. Never waited long in the lobby for my appointment. Every step of the way, the staff and Drs were great. Confident, professional, left no stone unturned and communicated great. Payment plan was available for me to use for my part of the costs, making the treatment something I was easily able to afford. I've had nothing but great experiences with KIK dental, both with Dr. Wagner and Dr. Morrell, the whole office staff/team. I've always been self-conscious of my teeth due to an enamel condition that I have. Last year, I had a consult with Dr. Morrell to get porcelain veneers. I was so nervous to get them because of how permanent of a change it would be. Dr Morrell made me feel so much more at ease by talking me through the entire process. I now have alot more confidence in my smile because the veneers turned out amazing! Dr Morrell and his team did an incredible job from start to finish and were always so gentle and careful throughout the whole process. I couldn't love how the veneers turned out more. I highly recommend going here for any dental needs. They will take great care of you no matter what you are being seen for!

I went to KIK Dental in Boise to have a crown done on my molar after having an implant done. I chose Dr Wagner to do my dental work as I had heard very positive things about him and now I know why. I am very difficult to anesthetize and Dr Wagner took the time and was able to get me comfortable before he started working. He was kind, patient and has excellent verbal communication skills. I've had a lot of dental work done in my time, and I have to say that Dr Wagner is in the top 2 dentists I've had work on my teeth! A few other words I would use to describe Dr Wagner would be professional, friendly, very detail oriented and the ability to put me at ease. I am incredibly pleased with the work he did and will definitely continue to see him as my #1 dentist. As for the administrative side of the process, I was informed at the beginning exactly what my fees would be, what it included and what payment was accepted. There were no surprises and I was very happy with how I was treated by Dr Wagner and the entire staff at KIK!

In January 2022, I saw Dr Brandon Wagner and had 2 crowns done. Then in November 2022 I had to have an extraction, implant and subsequently another crown, also done by Dr. Wagner . Over the years, I have had numerous dentists do work on my teeth and without a doubt, Dr. Wagner is one of the best! He's very knowledgeable, professional and yet friendly. His first concern with all the procedures was making sure I was as comfortable as possible and happy with the results of his work. I would definitely refer my closest family and friends to Dr. Wagner as I know they'd be in the best possible hands! Not to forget the office staff and assistants, they also are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure their patients have the best care! Five star service!

At this visit I got the careful professional dental care I have always experienced in 25+ years of being attended to by Drs Scott & Maribel Morrell and more recently by Dr Wagner. At this last visit the support staff, Taylor and Siena, went far out of their way searching for a hearing aid I thought I dropped at the office. Taylor & Siena were incredibly patient and thorough in looking for it. They did far more than one could expect in helping me. I owe them a huge thanks and an apology for the disruption the search must have caused. Over the years, I've always gotten the best professional care here. Dr Scott Morrell has been one of the best dentists I’ve found that actually wants to take the time to help you achieve the dental health goals you may or may not even realize you need to prioritize. I have been on a long health journey, navigating through massive weight loss, auto-immune disease, and chronic health issues has been rough but the hard truth is that these conditions wreck havoc on one’s teeth. Adding everyday stressors and high sugar intake (soda or coffee drinkers - I see you) is not going to help the overall situation but reality is that we all have our unhealthy habits we might need to dial back or cut completely. Most docs make you feel guilty about it, but not Dr Morrell. He is just honest with you. He will explain what’s going on inside your mouth and body, with hopes that the extra info will help you to understand and work to make healthier lifestyle changes. We all slip now and then, being an educated patient and your own health advocate is crucial to maintaining the health goals we all want to obtain. I appreciate his proactive approach, it is only just a benefit that he is located downtown in less than 5 min. walking distance from my office and always has convenient appointments available. The ladies are kind and helpful, they’ve always had positive attitudes and always followed through responding to any requests or questions/concerns. I’m one of those annoying patients that prefers email over phone calls due to my ridiculously busy lifestyle and must show my gratitude for the time that the office ladies have put into communication with me. It is super appreciated as a patient who wants to prioritize their health but is often too busy or has trouble remembering (thanks chronic health issues!) . Dr Scott Morrell has been taking care of my teeth for the last 3 years now! We are working on transitioning the family over to one place now, too. This is truly one of the better offices in Boise and I recommend many of my colleagues, family and friends here whenever I can.

He works fast so I don't have to stay in the chair for long. The time between calling for an appointment and being seen is quite reasonable. I think he cares about his patients. One time I had a tooth that "might" need a root canal but we had not made a decision. Just before I was to leave on a vacation trip, the tooth became painful. Dr. Scott found an oral surgeon, sent my records to him, and I had the root canal done in Medford, Oregon. Very satisfied with Morrell Dental.

This office and staff are great! I'm currently in the process of getting crowns on a few of my teeth and the experience has been easy, painless, and as enjoyable as something involving sanding down your teeth can be! They let you feel a bit in control of the process (timing, color), but ultimately I trust them to use their experience and knowledge to make sure my teeth look good, and they do not disappoint. Whether I'm going for a cleaning or something more I know I'll leave the office feeling good....even if my lips are still numb!

I love that the office reminds you of your appointment ! The staff always greets me with a smile and are so professional. The office is super clean and makes you feel at ease. They never push you to do any procedures that are unnecessary but do alert you to things that they are watching ! I also like their yearly discount program. I take advantage of that ! All and all, this is a well run and very professional dental office convenient to downtown and has GREAT parking.

I have been going to Morrell Dental since they first opened their doors in east Boise. Now more centrally-located off the connector, I still wouldn't go anywhere else. This husband and wife team of dentists are consummate professionals. Although their assistants have varied over the years, the quality of dental care has remained superior. Dr. Scott is wonderful! Filling or crown (yesterday) he says, "you may have some discomfort...take ibuprofen.." Never have had post pain from any filling or crown. I now call him the crown whisperer. Everyone at Morrell - from the very moment you walk in - is incredible. The girls that greet me as I walk in always have a smile and know who I am even though I just started there. The billing department helped me when I had a dental emergency and was overwhelmed by the insurance - they answered all of my questions and explained everything more than once. The assistants are sweet and gentle, always making sure I'm comfortable. The Dr. is very thorough and kind, explaining everything - he's also very open and honest with is abilities. He referred me when necessary helped when he could. LOVE this place!
