TAYLOR

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Taylor is our local office manager and Director of Operations at Kik Dental. She began her career with Kik Dental after graduating in 2015. She has a Master's Degree from University of Idaho in healthcare management and a background in dental assisting — a position in which she excels. Taylor’s favorite thing about working in dentistry is the relationships she is able to cultivate with patients and serve them with blinding efficiency. Taylor was born and raised in Idaho, and in her free time, she enjoys reading books and spending time with her family.

SHAYLA

CLINICAL LEAD

Shayla is our lead dental assistant and director of hygiene operations. She is highly organized and manages all aspects of clinical operations. She graduated from Milan Institute in 2009, and her years of experience make her a favorite among our patients. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is helping to put patients at ease, overcoming their dental anxiety, and making their overall experience a great one! Shayla resides in Nampa with her husband and three children. In her time away from dentistry, she likes to host family barbeques and spend time with friends and family.

MAIHESA

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Maihesa was a dental assistant for many years prior to pursuing a career in dental hygiene. She loves helping people improve their oral health and enjoys getting to know her patients personally. Outside the dental office, she really enjoys quality time with her husband, Ty, and their three beautiful girls. She can't wait to treat you in her chair at your next appointment.

MAKENA

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Makena is a recent dental hygiene graduate. After being a hairdresser for 6+ years, she decided to change career paths and joined the dental field. Makena loves being a hygienist and knows the importance of creating a comfortable experience for all her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her 3 dogs, paddle boarding, shopping, going to jockey games, and getting together with friends.

SYDNEY

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Sydney was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona and always planned on pursuing a career as a hygienist. After working as a hair stylist for a few years she attended hygiene school in Orem, Utah. Sydney and her husband relocated to Boise while her husband attends the University of Idaho! She loves making her patients feel comfortable while in the chair and having it be a very stress free experience. In her free time she loves hiking, spending time with her husband and family, and just being outside. I can’t wait to learn more about Boise and get to know the people here!

SIENA

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Siena grew up in Boise and graduated from Capital High School. She started working at Kik Dental almost two years ago. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is being able to build relationships with patients. Outside of dentistry, Siena enjoys spending time with friends and family.

ALEXIS

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Alexis is an Idaho native and recently joined the dental field. Although she has experience in customer service she was ready to pursue something new. So far, her favorite thing about dentistry is getting to know the patients. Outside of the office she enjoys: hanging out with her friends and family and going shopping. Alexis is looking forward to getting to meet you in the office!

JANNALEE

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jannalee is Dental Assistant at Kik Dental, and a Psychology student at Boise State University. She grew up in Arizona and Colorado before moving to Idaho to continue her degree at BSU. Between classes and working, she loves reading, dancing at a local studio in Boise, and spending time with friends and family.

KATHERINE

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Katherine is a dental assistant here at Kik Dental. She started her career with our office back in 2021, and has really learned so much about dentistry. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is helping to put patients at ease. Katherine resides in Boise with her husband. In her time away from dentistry, she likes to spend time with her family.
